Fostering Linkages in Academic Innovation and Research (FLAIR)

FLAIR is a new initiative from Government of Kerala for providing avenues to faculty members to involve in active research and academic activities

nationally and internationally.

As a part of the deliberations of FLAIR programme, six young teachers of Government College Mananthavady attended the seminar on FLAIR, at Government Arts and Science College Calicut on 19/07/2013. Dr. Denny Joseph, HOD English is the FLAIR Coordinator of the college.

Subsequently, the teachers also attended the orientation program on FLAIR, at Kannur University conference Hall, Mangattuparamba on 01/08/2013.

As a result of this process 6 of our faculty members have been selected to this programme based on their merits and they will get specialized trainings and chance to undergo international collaborative research. The selected teachers are the following:
