Faculty Development

The University Grants Commission has been making proactive efforts to upgrade the knowledge and skills of faculty members in the institutions of higher education. For the purpose of organising orientation and refresher courses for in service faculty members, the UGC has established and funds a network of Academic Staff Colleges across the country.
