Women’s Hostel, Government College Mananthavady

The Government College Mananthavady has a well furnished Womens hostel built with financial aid from Government. The hostel started in 2013 and has adequate space for dining and recreation. An atmosphere of mutual consideration and friendly co-operation coupled with care and comfort makes the hostel an enjoyable place to live in and a quite place to do serious study and relax. Smt.Nisha.P, Assistant Professor, Department of Economics is working as the warden and Smt.Rubia.K.M, Assistant Professsor of Economics is working as the Tutor of the Women Hostel. 34 Students are there now in the hostel. The hostel has the facility of vermi composting and the students cultivate vegetables and fruits organically beside the hostel.
